Olathe, KS — June 17th, 2026 — Global Ground Support (GGS), a leading manufacturer of aircraft ground support equipment, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jason Grove to Senior Director of Technical Support and Engineering.
In his new role, Grove will continue leading technical and engineering initiatives across the organization while supporting service operations, product performance improvements, enterprise quality processes, and customer support efforts. He will also play a key role in aligning the technical organization with the broader needs and strategic objectives of the company.
Grove brings more than 15 years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, quality, technical support, and leadership. Prior to joining Global Ground Support, he served in the U.S. Navy and held positions with organizations including Lockheed Martin and DJ Engineering, where he developed extensive expertise in technical problem-solving, quality systems, continuous improvement, and customer support.
Since joining Global Ground Support, Grove has contributed across numerous areas of the business, including technical support, technical publications, service, quality, engineering, customer support, and key account management. His broad experience and commitment to operational excellence have helped strengthen internal processes and enhance the level of support provided to customers worldwide.

Grove holds a Bachelor of Science in Project Management from the University of Kansas and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He also maintains an FAA Airframe and Powerplant license and remains committed to ongoing professional development in quality, process improvement, and leadership.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Grove is a voting member of SAE International, contributing to the development of industry standards and best practices. He is also a founding member of Veterans of GSE, an organization dedicated to supporting and connecting veterans within the ground support equipment community.
