Jason Grove is a seasoned engineering and operations leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, quality, technical support, and leadership. Prior to joining Global Ground Support, he served in the U.S. Navy and held positions with organizations including Lockheed Martin and DJ Engineering. His diverse background has provided a strong foundation in technical problem-solving, team leadership, customer support, quality systems, and continuous improvement.

Since joining Global Ground Support, Grove has contributed across multiple areas of the organization, including technical support, technical publications, service, quality, engineering, customer support, and key account management. He currently serves as Senior Director of Technical Support and Engineering, where he leads technical and engineering initiatives, supports service operations, drives product performance improvements, assists with enterprise quality programs and processes, addresses customer and field support challenges, and helps align the technical organization with the company’s broader strategic objectives.

Grove holds a Bachelor of Science in Project Management from the University of Kansas and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He also maintains an FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license and remains committed to ongoing professional development in quality, process improvement, and leadership.

Throughout his career, Grove has focused on leveraging his hands-on experience with aircraft and ground support equipment to improve products, solve complex challenges, support customers, and strengthen the organizations he serves.
