Global Ground Support has a dedicated Warranty Service Administrator who works in close conjunction with Global’s Service and Parts Managers to ensure warranty parts are processed quickly and efficiently. In an effort to uphold this standard of excellence, our team maintains extensive records on ground support-related Service and Warranty issues.
Why It’s Effective
Global’s warranty performance guarantee is measured utilizing a full-time staff in warranty, parts, and service directly supporting Global’s part-support program. A network of qualified ground support equipment (GSE) part vendors has been established and can be drawn upon to support the needs of Global’s customers. In an event where a part has failed to perform as required, the Service/Parts Manager will contact Global’s Engineering Manager who will make an initial failure assessment, and, if needed, order an in-depth failure analysis of the part.
Ground Support Equipment Solutions Are What We Do Best
Global’s Engineering and Quality Assurance Departments have the staff and resources required to conduct in-depth failure analysis. If Global’s Engineering and/or Quality Assurance departments do not have the resources needed, outside services will be contracted to conduct the required tests.
